We would like to introduce ourselves as your Republican Central Committee representatives. In case you may not know what the Central Committee is all about, please allow us to briefly explain. Every county in the state has a Republican Central Committee. A man and a woman are elected for each sub district in the August Primary Election for a two-year term. Platte County has 11 sub districts. (Check our Platte Map Gallery under the ‘Stay Informed’ tab for all sub district locations) The job of each committee person is to educate, energize and activate the voters in their sub district. It is the job of the entire committee to help find quality candidates that represent true Republican values and support those candidates throughout the election process.
That makes US your grassroots connection to the candidates and the Republican Party here in Platte County. We earned your votes in August and now we want to hear from YOU. People we talk to all over the state are saying the same thing—we must act NOW to win back America—but so many people don’t know where to begin! Well, you can begin right here and right now and right in your own frontyard.
HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE: VOTE! We need accountability from our elected representatives. COME TO THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEETINGS. We meet the first Monday of every month, unless it is a holiday. Currently, we are meeting at the Platte County Resource Center, 11724 NW Plaza Circle, Kansas City, MO, 64153. Check our calendar for any updates to date or location. There are visitors at every meeting and we want YOU to be there.
