DESCRIPTION:ORCA 3rd MONDAY MEETING on July 17th at 6:30pm at the YMCA in Parkville MO \nWe are having HEATHER HALL\, one of our KC Council Women\, update us on all that is going on in KCMO.  It should be interesting to hear about the Airport\, Streetcars\, Police and Fireman\, and all topics surrounding the city and how we are affected North of the River. \nPlease join us and bring your friends and neighbors. The event is FREE. Light refreshments will be served. \nORCA’s purpose is keeping all educated on issues that affect us in our everyday lives. WE welcome other elected officials and those candidates running for an office to come and share your views.  Also any groups wanting to share their upcoming events. We are at the YMCA in Parkville at 8875 Clark Avenue.
