DESCRIPTION:The PCRCC will meet to re-organize the committee following the August 7th Primary Election per State Statute 115.621 “… The members of each county committee shall meet at the county seat not earlier than two weeks after each primary election but in no event later than the third Saturday after each primary election\, at the discretion of the chairman at the committee. …  At the meeting\, each committee shall organize by electing two of its members\, a man and a woman\, as chair and vice chair\, and a man and a woman who may or may not be members of the committee as secretary and treasurer. ”  Election of officers is the first order of business. After officers are elected\, committee members may vote to fill any vacancies on the committee.
