Playground equipment is right next to the shelter for the kids. \nWe won in the Primary Election thanks to the help of our tremendous and dedicated volunteers. The General Election will be very competitive\, and we’ll need even more of a team effort. At the September 7 picnic\, we will discuss our campaign plans and provide information about the many ways you can get involved in our grassroots campaign. You will also meet our various team coordinators. (Among other things\, we’ll discuss areas of needed help like canvassing neighborhoods\, telephone calls\, fundraising\, stuffing and addressing mail\, standing at the polls\, event planning\, administrative help and data entry\, putting up signs\, and more.)
