Central Committee Reorganization

The duly elected members of each county committee shall select a Chairman and Vice Chairman (one man and one woman who must be members of the committee) & Treasurer and Secretary (one man and one woman who may or may not be members of the committee) as the first order of business.
After officers are elected, committee members may vote to fill any vacancies on the committee.
