Senator Tom Cotton will be the keynote speaker for the Friday Banquet. He has represented the state of Arkansas in the United States Senate since 2014 and previously served one term in the House of Representatives. Prior to being elected to congress, Cotton worked in business and was an Infantry Officer in the United States Army.
